Shipping fees and delivery times

Each order is carefully prepared in our workshop in Tahiti, then shipped within 48 business hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends, public holidays and periods of high activity.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout according to the parcel weight, destination and selected shipping method.

Customs duties, local taxes or import fees may apply for deliveries outside French Polynesia. These fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

The delivery times shown are estimates. They may vary depending on the season, public holidays, transport constraints or customs procedures.

The exact shipping cost is always displayed before final order confirmation.

Returns

If an item is not suitable, you have 14 days to return it, provided that it has not been worn, is in its original condition and is returned with its packaging.

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or conservation reasons: cosmetics, food products and personalised creations.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error or defective product.
